Amit Chatterjee Bio

Amit is alumni of US based libertarian and free market Think Tank 'Institute of Humane Studies' and consecutively visited their workshops in California. He also conducted the UN millennium development goal summit in Mumbai and represented India as a youth delegate in European Union Parliament. As a undergraduate student Amit periodically wrote for Education Times and was also invited to deliver lecture on student activism at BITS Pilani. Communication & Civilization is a sequel to his previous book "Neo Gutenberg" which was a limited release backed by Xerox Corporation & Bombay Masters Printers Association in 2013.

 

Amit pursued his Msc in Advanced Management Practice from University Bath and worked with British Gas during his stay in United Kingdon post which he chose to relocate to India in pursue a career in eGovernance. He joined Information & Technology arm of Maharashtra Government helping the administration reach netizens directly via digital media and mobile governance which resulted in transparency and cost efficiency. After spending some time with Accenture as a crowd funding expert he now works for a Silicon Valley Startup 'Array Networks' with a pan India role. He periodically delivers lectures and training on communication & strategy for Government personnel across Maharashtra.
